October Meal Plan

Updated: Sep 19, 2019

Ahhh, October. Fall is finally here. WOOHOO! Here's to pumpkin spice, sweater weather, trips to the pumpkin patch, and everything spooky!

**This is a dinner meal plan I put together for the month of October. **

I always have the same tried and true veggies at home that my kids will actually eat-green beans, salad, broccoli, carrots. I haven't included a veggie in all of these meals so feel free to check out My Favorite Veggie Side Dishes or add in whatever your family loves.

I don't have recipes included for things such as spaghetti or hamburgers, etc. Just make your favorite version of these.

I do monthly grocery shopping so the shopping list I put together will include ingredients for all of these meals. Included is ALL ingredients, which means you'll have items on the list stocked in your pantry or fridge-Just cross them out.

If you prefer to shop weekly, that's totally fine, you can get the ingredients from the recipes and shop for just that week. You just wouldn't use the shopping list I put together.

Lastly, If you'd like to create your own meal plan using some of these recipes, they are all linked for you to print or save in your computer.

Click here for the PDF Menu and shopping list to download or save at the TOP of the page.

Lots of ground beef this month, but it's a more affordable meat and so versatile! It's a staple for feeding 3 boys and my husband.
