A fun way to get active this spring! Fill plastic Easter eggs with these workouts, place in a bag or basket and have your child choose an egg. What they pick is the exercise they must do. Replace the egg, do the workout and pick a new one!

You can put a timer on and the kids can continue to rotate through the eggs until the timer goes off or they can exercise until all of the eggs are gone.
